1-Year Limited Warranty
SignalBand LLC offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a SignalBand coach watch or player watch fails due to a covered hardware defect during the warranty period, SignalBand LLC will repair or replace the device at no charge.
This warranty applies only to normal use of the product as intended. SignalBand watches are electronic devices and should be kept dry, protected from impact, and used according to the provided instructions.
What is not covered
- Impact Damage: Damage caused by drops, foul balls, bat strikes, stepped-on devices, crushed devices, or other physical impact.
- Water or Moisture Damage: Damage caused by water exposure, submersion, rain, wet storage, sweat buildup, condensation, or charging the device while wet.
- Battery Degradation: Normal reduction in battery life over time due to use, age, charging cycles, or improper long-term storage.
- Charging or Cable Damage: Damage caused by improper chargers, damaged charging cables, charging while wet, overheating during charging, or failure to follow charging instructions.
- Unauthorized Tampering: Devices that have been opened, modified, repaired by someone other than SignalBand LLC, or loaded with unauthorized or third-party software.
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat, leaving the device in direct sunlight or a hot vehicle, failure to charge before storage, or use outside the intended purpose.
Out-of-warranty replacements
We know accidents happen on the field. If a device is damaged outside of warranty coverage, such as from impact, water exposure, or improper storage, SignalBand LLC offers single-unit replacement options so customers do not have to purchase a full team package. Contact us for replacement pricing.
